Rental FAQs


Here is a list of the most common ask question regarding our rental program. If there is a question that you have that isn't answered please call or email us!

Q- What kind of connection will I need for the wireless machines to work?
A- You will not need any type of connection for the terminals to work. They will not need Internet, Power or Wi-Fi to work. The terminals are fully self sustained.

Q– What Cards can I accept with the wireless machines?
A– You will be able to accept Visa MasterCard Discover and American Express. All Debit cards will be processed as Credit Cards.

Q– Do the Machines print receipts?
A– Yes the machines print receipts. They will give you two receipts. One for the customer to sign and you to keep and a copy for the customer to keep.

Q- When will I receive the Equipment I rent?
A– You will receive the equipment via UPS 1 day before your event. In some cases we can have it to you earlier. In some very rare cases the equipment will arrive to you the day of the event but this is only in cases where you the customer don't give us enough notice to ship in time for earlier arrival.

Q– Do you provide training?
A– yes training is provided via a video and over the phone if you would like.

Q- How Many machines will I need?
A- This depends on the number of people at your event and the check out process. Please discuss this with your Rep.

Q– Do you provide the supplies for the terminals?
A- Yes we do. The only supplies you need are Rolls of Paper. We provide you with 2 Rolls of Paper and additional rolls may be purchased.

Q- How Much notice do we need to give you to reserve the equipment?
A- We like to have a 2 week notice whenever possible. This will allow for us to be able to have enough time to set up and program the terminals and ship them in time to use Ground shipping. If less notice is given we can still accommodate you, provided we have terminals available but more than likely you will need to pay a little more for expedited shipping.

Q– Do you offer a Referral program?
A- We sure do. A lot of our business comes from return customers and the people they refer. We have a program that allows you to receive $50 in credit towards a future rental for each person you refer that rents equipment from us.
